I did not write about the Quiet Laws because I studied them. I lived them.
I questioned my worth. I waited for permission. I held back at the exact moment I was ready to expand. From the outside, my life looked complete. Inside, there was a quiet limit I had learned to live with.
What finally moved me was not more effort. It was awareness. Because what you can see, you can change, and what you are willing to name, you are no longer controlled by. That is the work I now do with women, blending narrative coaching, practical strategy, and soulful reflection.
